Text of report by Russian news agency Ekho Moskvy on 3 March

[No dateline, as received] Members of the Nord-Ost public organization of Russian terror victims fully support the statement made by representatives of the Committee of Soldiers' Mothers and [Chechen separatist leader] Aslan Maskhadov's envoy Akhmed Zakayev during their meeting in London, Nord-Ost co-chairperson Tatyana Karpova has said on Ekho Moskvy radio.

We have received the text of the document, and we would put our signatures under it, too, she said.

"This is the first step to stop the war in Chechnya. We all think that the war must be brought to an end. We all demand this," she said.
