Chinese car company Haima keen to assemble cars in Russia Chinese car manufacturer, Haima, intends to invest $100 million in establishing a car assembly plant in Russia.The company already tried to enter the Russian market in 2010-2012 assembling vehicles in North Caucasus, but stopped the project due to an accumulating debt of its partners. ISIS threatens Russia: In a video posted in the Internet, Islamic State militants have threatened President Putin and Syrian President Assad and threatened to start a war to "liberate" Chechnya and the Caucasus. Russian army to start drafting Chechens: Reportedly the Russian army will soon start drafting Chechens which was not the case before. In subsequent years, Chechnya's young men have been drafted only as interior troops stationed within the republic – part of a force that was widely seen as Kadyrov's personal army.
