Two Chechens convicted over 1995 Budyonnovsk terror attack: The North Caucasus District Military Court has sentenced natives of Chechnya Ramzan Belyalov to 15 years imprisonment and Magomed Mazdayev to 13 years in jail for involvement in the 1995 terrorist attack in Budyonnovsk (Stavropol territory).
